VIP Lounge
Introducing the Exhibitor, Sponsor & IMPA Members' Lounge and VIP Concierge Service. Crafted with careful consideration, this expansive space is designed to facilitate multiple meetings in a setting that maintains a level of privacy. The lounge will be operational from 7 am until the close of the event each day and equipped with professional staff serving your needs.
In addition, we provide printing services alongside notice board and press release facilities. This venue promises quality interactions with distinguished individuals such as Ambassadors, IMPA Council members, and representatives from Alexony Maritime Event Management. Importantly, this service is complimentary for all Exhibitors, Sponsors and IMPA Members.
Private Meeting Rooms
As an alternative option providing increased privacy, rooms on the 4th floor can be booked according to your requirements, whether it's presentations or hosting exclusive lunches with clients, you have complete flexibility at your disposal.
These private rooms also include access to all of the services listed for the VIP Lounge.
