IMPA Events

IMPA’s events are dedicated to the maritime supply chain and attract a small segment of the global business to meet to network, learn and debate. They have grown over many years to be much loved by the buyers and suppliers, and the organisers will make every effort to ensure the events offer a safe and enjoyable place to gather together.

We are now working towards organising our four events in 2022.

Hamburg May, London September, Greece also September, and Singapore in November 2022. This website will provide all the latest information, guidance and booking details to join our exciting programmes. As a small organisation, we like to offer a personal service, so we encourage you to reach out to us if we can help at all. We very much look forward to seeing you in person in 2022!

Sustainability in
Shipping 2022

IMPA London 2022 – one event to rule them all, now with an even greater focus on supply chain sustainability.

IMPA’s ambitious work with IMPA SAVE during the pandemic gave new impetus to a powerful dialogue that reverberated across the maritime industry. Green procurement, sustainability and more responsible business practices were at the heart of 2021 discussions, and this year’s event will build on the back of the initiative that boldly aims to end the use of single-use plastic drinking water bottles by the global fleet.

Here are just a few highlights to look forward to:

  • The IMPA SAVE Conference programme will be looking at various options for sustainable purchasing.

  • ‘The Sustainable Supplier’, a series of initiatives and presentations around what it means to be a responsible supplier, with case studies from leading suppliers in maritime.

  • The iconic IMPA Sustainability Run, continuing its tradition for the third year in a row, will be bringing together visitors and delegates for an awareness-raising morning run in the local park.

  • The ‘Green Room’, a new and exciting fully dedicated exhibition area for companies wanting to showcase their green products and services to the buying audience.

  • IMPA ACT, IMPA’s world-class responsible supply chain management programme for the global shipping industry, will be explored and discussed in workshops for buyers and suppliers.

  • Presentations, workshops and a lot of networking around sustainability in shipping, green procurement and more responsible supply chain management, including partner events!

And so much more, from networking and the ‘Sustainable Cocktail Party’, to meeting rooms and demonstrations!
